We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Site, the Content, and the Services.

By using the Site and our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You will use the Site and our services in accordance with these Terms of Service;
• All information you provide to register with the Site or enroll in our programs is true, accurate, complete, and current;
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary;
• You have the legal right to use any payment method you provide to us for billing purposes;
• You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, such as bots, scripts, or other similar methods;
• Your use of the Site does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).

Your access to our programs and materials may not be transferred to any third party. Sharing your login credentials or program materials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your access without refund.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all our programs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of your enrollment date.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Submit your refund request in writing to support@usaconmonnetferma.com within 30 days of enrollment;
• Include your full name, email address used for enrollment, and reason for requesting a refund;
• Have completed no more than 30% of the program content.

After reviewing your request, we will process eligible refunds within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Please note that the following are not eligible for refunds:

• Requests made after the 30-day guarantee period;
• Accounts where more than 30% of the program content has been accessed;
• Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms of Service;
• Purchases made through unauthorized resellers or third parties.

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your Contributions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MONEYMENTOR, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.

CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
